While we will do our upmost to meet any project deadlines you may have, please do not book installations around delivery dates.

Due to the nature of our business, a large number of our products are bespoke and made to order. Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

Website Orders

We carry a large number of items in stock, but sometimes we need to bring additional stock in from our warehouse. For this reason, we operate on a 5-7 working day lead time, but will always aim to have items with you sooner where possible.

As standard, we use a tracked next day courier for all deliveries. This service will arrive between 9am and 5pm.

Pre-9am, Pre-10am and Pre-12pm deliveries are available at an extra cost. Please contact us if you require one of these services.


All glass orders will be sent directly from the glazier via palletised delivery. You will be expected to offload glass panels. When ordering large sheets of glass or laminated panels, please ensure you have enough people on site to accept the delivery.

We will email you all delivery information as it becomes available throughout the manufacturing process.

On the day of delivery, drivers can run out of hours. In some circumstances a delivery may arrive the following day. Please allow for this two day window when you have been provided your delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

If you believe a product has been delivered faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong product, you should contact us immediately.

Please be aware that bespoke orders can not be refunded. Please read through our Terms & Conditions before ordering.
