Installation

At this stage, we will work with you to confirm your requirements, system style, shape and sizes.

You can Design your balustrade system using our online system builder, submit your measurements or contact our team directly via phone or email to provide us measurements or arrange a site survey.

Prior to any installation, we will carry out a site survey to obtain all measurements, assess the substrate and fixing points.

We will also do everything we can to identify potential issues before they arrise.

Following the site survey, we can make any amendments that are required and prepare a final system plan.

Following your sign off, we will put the system into fabrication and start the manufacturing process.

Once your order has been processed and put in to production, our fabrication team will begin getting your balustrade system ready for installation.

If your system includes glass, this will be processed at the same time, or at a later date for more complex systems.

Our experienced and detail oriented install team will complete the job in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will then have a chance to run through the job and sign off the work once complete.

Following the completed installation, we are just a phone call away should you have any questions or if any issues occur. We will ensure that your balustrade system stands the test of time.
