Project Overview
Objective
To install a post and rail glass balustrade system.
This installation features a raised steel balcony structure with a glass and stainless steel balustrade system. The framework of the balcony is fabricated from strong steel beams, providing a durable and stable base for the platform above.
The balustrade itself is made up of stainless steel posts and a continuous handrail, with glass panels secured in place using robust clamps. This creates a clean, modern finish that maximises safety while still allowing light through and keeping the open view.
Customer asked to supply decking alongside with the Balustrade. We chose solid composite decking as hollow boards can crush when tightening Balustrade systems to the sub frame.
Overall, this is a post and rail glass balustrade system installed on a steel-framed balcony, combining structural integrity with contemporary aesthetics.
